The clothing brand NN07 sold to Swedish private equity fund

Case info

The investment company Fidelio Capital has sold a proportion of its shares in the clothing brand NN07 to the Swedish private equity fund Litorina.

In 2016, Swedish Fidelio Capital took over the majority shareholding in the NN07 Group from the owners Victor Lindh and Tommy Holte who are still co-owners and in charge of the day-to-day management.

The two N's in NN07 stand for "No Nationality", whereas 07 refers to the year in which the brand was founded. At the end of 2018, NN07 had a profit of DKK 24.2m and entered into 2019 in the black.

Thomas Weincke, Louise Hilligsøe Nørgaard and Daniel Fisker Tomczyk advised NN07 and Fidelio Capital in connection with the transaction.
