M7 Real Estate acquires Danish properties in excess of DKK 400m

The London-based, pan-European investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate has invested in 16 properties in Denmark on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners V ("M7 EREIP V").

M7 EREIP V is the successor of M7 EREIP IV, who has also invested in Denmark. M7 EREIP V's investment focus is on business properties with optimisation potential.

The value of the 16 properties is approx. DKK 420m, and they are located in Greater Copenhagen, on the rest of Zealand, in Aalborg and the Triangular Area. The portfolio primarily consists of industrial buildings, warehouses and logistics buildings and a few multiple-user office buildings.

M7 Real Estate has also raised approx. DKK 485m for M7 EREIP V from 25 investors, including private persons, asset managers and funds from Europe, Hongkong and the Middle East, and is expected to obtain a total investment volume of more than EUR 280m.
