eurodan-huse, which builds standard houses, has been sold to HusCompagniet.
eurodan-huse is a Danish family-owned building company founded in 1978 by the Dahl family. The company has sales offices and show houses all over Denmark.
HusCompagniet is Denmark's oldest supplier of architect-designed standard houses and single-family houses. Today, HusCompagniet is owned by EQT. The company has 14 divisions in Denmark and also has divisions in Sweden and Germany.
HusCompagniet takes over 100% of eurodan-huse, but the Dahl family will reinvest part of the gains from the sale. The Dahl family therefore will continue to be a key part of the operation of eurodan-huse, and the two companies will continue to operate under their own brands in separate organisations and in their own designs.
The transaction is conditional on the usual public authority approvals.
