Deutsche Beteiligungs AG acquires the majority of shares in Danish industrial business



The German private equity fund Deutsche Beteiligungs AG has acquired the majority of the shares in the Danish metals business Sjølund A/S.

Sjølund A/S manufactures metal parts and aluminium parts for a wide range of industries, including the transport, building and wind turbine industries.

The business specialises in the rolling of aluminium parts in many shapes and strengths which meet the requirements for e.g. high-speed trains. The products are manufactured at the headquarters in the Danish town Sjølund and at a production site in China.
