ACCURA advised Mita-Teknik A/S and the group of shareholders in connection with a structured sales process and was responsible for the sale of the controlling interest in Mita-Teknik A/S to the capital fund Axcel.
Mita-Teknik is a worldwide market leader within production of control concepts for the wind turbine industry etc. The company was founded in 1969 and currently has 230 employees, primarily in Denmark, Ukraine, China and the USA.
The completion of the transaction awaits the approval of the Danish competition authorities.
