ACCURA assisted Maj Invest Equity A/S in connection with the purchase of shares in Vega Sea A/S.
The Vega Sea Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of highly processed salmon products with a turnover of approx. DKK 0.5bn. The transaction is expected to be completed at the end of January 2012 upon the approval by the Danish competition authorities.
