Stofa A/S has acquired part of Canal Digital Kabel.
Stofa A/S has acquired the part of Canal Digital Kabel which
provides TV, Internet and IP telephony services to 31 cable TV
systems, thereby taking over the service of 20,000 TV customers,
20,000 Internet customers and 6,300 IP telephony customers.
Stofa A/S was advised by Thomas Weincke and Anne Sofie
Bendix Ranch.
